A) Terms of Access and Use

The terms and conditions set forth herein regulate the access and use of the website www.beatrizhoteles.com(hereinafter, "the site" or "website") owned by INVERSIONES HOTELERAS TOLEDO S.L. and GUIDEBRIDGE CALELLA S.L. (collectively, BEATRIZ HOTELES).

• For Consumers:Disputes will be handled by the Courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
